一 |     (ECNS) -- Zangnan, the southern part of the Xizang autonomous region, is China's territory, and China does not recognize the so-called "Arunachal Pradesh" illegally set up by India, said Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Guo Jiakun on Monday.    Guo made the remarks in response to questions about India's reported announcement on Friday of the "standard names" of 27 locations in "Arunachal Pradesh."    India's Ministry of Home Affairs said that identifying them formally on the map is aimed at "facilitating their accurate recognition and better awareness among the public at large."    "India's move of attempting to replace names long been used by China is illegal, null and void. Still less will it change the fact that Zangnan region belongs to China," Guo said.

潇湘晨报 ·晨视频 记者联系当地居民小强获悉，强降雨引发的山洪正逐步消退，当地降雨已经停止。据其提供的现场视频显示，洪水退去后，街道遍布泥沙与各类堆积物，路面完全被淤泥覆盖；沿街不少车辆、商铺、房屋被洪水浸泡受损，还有车辆受洪水冲击力裹挟，被冲到墙体上悬挂。小强介绍当地群众都在抢通道路，“马边人首先就是自救”。
